I Don't give a F*&$


When I was a teen and feeling all sorry for myself I would listen to one particular song that would always lift my spirits. "Me Vale" by Maná, one of my all time favorite rock bands, is a song about literally not given a F**k about what others think about you. This song helped me realize that I do not have to force myself to be what society dictates. "Me Vale" is for rebels, for misfits, for those that challenge life!
Go ahead and give it a try!!!

They criticize everything they see in me
they make up rumors

What does the whole world think about me?
All i have to say is

Better keep up
Or you’ll be left Behind

    Hi Angela! Obviously I'm intrigued by your blog so I'm going to make a 2nd comment lol. I used to listen to death metal in high school. It gave me a sense of power over my own emotional weaknesses. Today I like any music with a great message and you have a great message to the world with your transparency. I'm not sure if you know God yet but I can promise you I see His hand in your life. Your pain and suffering will bless soooo many people. In the beginning we can never see the end but when you look back one day at all that you went through I just know you'll be able to say you wouldn't change a thing. My up brining was quite brutal and I fell hard into drug addiction when I got out of the Marine Corps. I was 1500 miles away from any family and homeless. Today I'm still 1500 miles away from my family and living an absolutely blessed life! God loves His "diamonds in the rough"! We are special to Him because He chose us to be a beacon of light in this world. So may your life be blessed as mine is and may your heart be ever filled with joy in this life Angela. God bless❤
